ICELAND

Iceland, as a country, is dominated by its landscape which for the most part is wild and feels primordial. Accordingly, there are few pictures from its Cities. To make up for this, I have stretched the definition to include industry and generally the man-made. What Iceland has to offer beyond its urban walls, is awe-inspiring and forms the bulk of this collection.

The photographs are divided into three web pages: this one for urban landscapes and buildings of all sorts ('cities'), and click for landscapes ('parks') and 'panoramics' which contains all the images in letter-box format, be they cities or parks.
