NORTH-EAST ENGLAND

These photographs cover Teesside, Wearside, Tyneside, close to where I live and take most of my pictures. The shots were taken in an area running from the North York Moors & Cleveland to Newcastle and Sunderland, extending inland to the high dales.

High Force on the river Tees drenches its surrounds. In the dead of winter, icicles form around the cauldron.
